  gotta は　got to または have (has) got to のことです。
  need to, must と同じですね。
  会話でよく使われます。

  意味は　〜しなければならない、〜するに違いない。

　では、Apollo13 で使われているシーンから紹介しましょう。

　Well, you gotta look harder.　
　じゃー、もっと一生懸命見るんだ。
　　
　I gotta get over there.
　そこへ行かなくてはならない。

  We gotta go home now.
　もう帰らなくっちゃー。

　この（宇宙）服を脱がないと。
